Still Trending the Right Way

Didn’t get a post up last week, and workouts still aren’t as consistent as I’d like them to be. Some days I’m on it, some days my intrusive thoughts win and I don’t make it out the door.

The good news is that the calorie deficit is working, despite my inconsistency in the gym and on the road. My lean mass is sticking around, and weight, waist, and body fat are all trending down.

Would I like everything to be dialed in? Absolutely, 100%. Is it? Bwahahahahahahahahaha, No. But progress is still happening, even if it’s not as clean or consistent as I’d planned.

Still lifting. Still losing. Still showing up. Usually.
